and submittal of the online customer application, you will be
required to fax certain verification items (FIRST
TIME ONLY) to our toll-free fax number to verify and confirm
that the information on the submitted application is correct.

1. Recent Paystub
2. Recent 30 day bank history
3. Voided Check or Savings Deposit Slip
4. Driver's license or other Federal or State issued ID.

Upon completion of application and clicking I accept,
you will have an agreement signature page appear. Print, and Fax
along with the Required Verification Items to our toll-free fax
number at 1-877-369-0506.
Notice: Sign your
name on each page that you fax to us, so that, we can easily match
them with your application.
As soon as these items are received and processed, a customer
service representative will notify you of your approval status
(normally within one hour).
